Designed in OpenSCAD and inspired by some other "impossible" pyramid/cone passthrough fidgit gizmos here on Thingiverse and Amazon. Inner part can pass through the outer part in either orientation.

SCAD source file attached for further customization (not exactly parametric but editable).

Recommend to print inside & outside parts separately using different colors. Note that if the first layer is over-extruded when printing then you'll need to file off the over-extruded edges to allow the inside part to pass completely through.
