Impossible puzzle (no AMS needed)

Well, it's not an impossible puzzle, but its not easy. The goal is to fit the little square in the right into the whole puzzle, by reoganizing it all. It took me a while. My wife did it in 2 minutes. Ahummm…. Anyway, to make it more easy to store, i put the template of the starting grid on the bottom of the baseplate.Print the baseplate in a different color for more contrast.Hope you enjoy this little puzzle.
