This piece slides snugly over your Glass' body and masks the camera. You obviously won't be able to take pictures, but all the more useful functionality will work just fine.

This improved version adds a small hole that allows the light sensor to adjust the display's brightness. In addition, it's been slightly sized up to accommodate a Gpop and includes a reverse-engineered SketchUp file for your hacking pleasure.
