Improved Hip for SCAF based figures

This is an improved hip part for SCAF figures (Classic warrior, space chad, terminator, etc), which I separated the "spinal" peg, to be printed horizontally, giving the part a lot more strength and versatility. Also i changed the position of the hip joints, so the legs are more aligned to the minis aestethic, without compromising mobility.
