Improved, Rotatable Mount for C270

I was never particularly happy with the mount I previously made. I started from scratch so not really a remix, but I did use the same dimensions from the older design for the part where the camera attaches, so here we are.

This new design should work on any 40mm rail. If you only have a 20mm rail, it'll probably work there too, I just don't know if you will be able to get the angle you want. With this new design, you can rotate the mount to _exactly_ where you want it to point before tightening up the bolts. I also made it a little taller than the previous version.

As for print orientation, I included a picture showing four possible orientations. I would really recommend NOT using one of the first two orientations (the ones with the red X above them). I used the 3rd one (the one with the green checkmark; I printed in PLA, 25% gyroid infill, tree supports, with a brim). The fourth one might work best, assuming it sticks
