Improved V-Slot Hinge

I tried using the existing V-Slot hinges, but the locating tab on the back of the V-Slot portions was too high such that the T slot nut bottomed out before tightening and the tab was too narrow to positively orient the piece.

The improved tabs on this are wide enough to fully engage the slot and with the large cutout they will not bottom out before fully tightened. I also made window hinges with a small tab that make installation on an acrylic sheet a breeze and ensure a nice 1 mm gap between the sheet and the printer. Included a version without a tab in case that is preferred.

I also increased the diameter of the bolt holes so that M3 nuts fit cleanly through instead of threading into the PLA.
