improved xt60f dust cover

xt60f panel mount dust cover. I got sick of the crappy versions available for purchase as they broke often and were difficult to insert and remove while still not sealing well. the retail ones had a lanyard that was too small and the alignment was never good enough to actually insert without carefully looking and aligning it. this aligns from the bullets and is significantly easier. Printed in 95a TPU it is super durable and stays in place even during high vibration. I've even been able to swap it into place without fully removing the existing xt60, just get it fully loose and stretch it over and into place with out de-soldering the connector or messing with the wire management.
