Index card box with extras

Deceptively simple, this index card holder hides a few tricks....

My wife uses a lot of index cards in her online business. She affixes barcode labels to index cards she places in books she sells for inventory control - the books don't get damaged by the labels...

Anyways, she was telling me how hard it was to keep the labels organized (believe it or not, the cumulative effect of one sticker per card makes one side higher and the stack less stable), and she said it was tough to grab just one index card.

What I designed is the box pictured, not only are the cards tilted, there is an ever-so-slight forward tilt on the stack. The combination of the two presents the top card slightly forward that her thumb always gets one card when she needs it.

The added bonus is that the floor of the box is removable, so she can store paper clips or staples in the "secret" compartment.
