You ever bust an automated industrial machining work cell door hinge with a forklift? Yeah. I bet you have.
2 years ago, I broke a FEW and felt really bad (working for a small company) and couldn't find any part numbers in any cursed maintenance manuals + didn't want to wait 2 weeks for Spain to send us more so I printed these AT HOME to fix it and get it up and running.
I never designed a matching pin to go in it as I used the old pins that came with it but If you use calipers and measure the ID of the hole and the width of the bracket you should be able to draw one up pretty easily.
It would probably work even better for things that aren't industrial work cells.
