A modular frame solution designed around the standard 1U rack dimensions for use in 10" racks.
The idea for the Infiniframe started as a project to enclose my Ender 3, but quickly morphed into a modular system that can be used for any type of frame you require.
The main dimensions are all based off of the dimensions for a standard server rack, so each "Ext-" part is exactly 1U, or 44.5mm, high. I've also designed a couple of different configurations for the Ext parts to enable more flexibility in the final assembly. I've also standardised on normal M6 hardware, so no need to source cage nuts or any other specialised hardware. Screws should preferably be of the button head type. Please note that I have not tested the parts with 1/4" hardware, but it should work. On the back of each Ext part there is also a slot for zipties to be inserted. This is handy for cable routing.
The whole system is held together with printable "bowties" that enables easy assembly and expansion.
