A resident of City X that goes by the name Axel is currently having a problem with a build up of trash in their city. This object is a machine to help the problem of overwhelming amounts of garbage, This machine uses equivalent exchange to change trash into other objects. Of course its equivalent exchange so you cant turn a tin can into a gold bar it has to be on an equal level to change it.
