Ingress Power Cube for your illumination. Frame is much sturdier than the original inspiration and split into two parts for easier assembly.
The cube and plinth should be printed in a translucent plastic and glued together. That combination is then glued into the lower part of the frame before the upper frame is (you've guessed it) glued on top. Finally the 'ears' on the base should fit into the matching holes in the join between the plinth and lower frame. A dab of glue to hold it in place wouldn't hurt.
The plinth part has a clip to hold a 14mm diameter [Mini LED Light](https://amzn.to/40bt8ac) with the LED itself poking through the hole to illuminate the inside of the cube. Green and blue versions seem to be readily available, but if anyone finds a decent source of purple/magenta ones please let me know as they seem to be about as common as rocking horse wotsit.
As mentioned, plinth and cube should be translucent, I've used grey/silver for the frame and the base black to s
