Inhalation valve

Device is a valve used for inhalation on the mask. This should snap right into place with placed film in between.
Scale to 98% for proper fitting.
Can be printed without support. Infill can be greater than 50%. Layer height .2-.3
Valve goes directly with mask by Budash and allows for more compliant material to be used as diaphragm. It also minimizes health hazard of material being inhaled and lodged within the trachea. Unless you have a laser cutter, I suggest purchasing a 3/4" hammer driven hole punch from McMaster-Carr for valve diaphragm and 0.006" thick material.
