Initiative Tracker Tokens

My table usually passes out folded note cards with a number on them that would indicate their initiative order. I wanted something a little fancier, and couldn't find exactly what I was picturing in my head here, so I whipped up something really quick. Thought maybe someone else might benefit from them, too.
