injection molded computer case

The design intent was to design an entire case that can either be made using injection molds and/or investment casting and eliminate the sheet metal cases that currently dominate the industry. I also wanted it to be very stiff and have plastic extruded tubes that hold the outside and prevent damage in-case of a fall. It was designed to be assemble easy and packaged in a small box. Held by tubes on the outside and extruded angle irons in the inside. What makes it strong is that it would be held together from the inside and outside edges. All the hex screws on the outside are now part of the panels, so there is many less parts. It is near complete design. Current weight modeled in cad if all parts were made of aluminum is 16 lbs. designed to fit the Mean Well LRS-350 350W AC/DC Power Supply and M4-ATX, 250w Automotive DC-DC Car PC Power Supply. That way it can run with 120v ac and 12v dc. I would like to have a power supply designed bolt on the inside bottom panel as it would be aluminum and would be a great heat-sink. My cad file is fully parametric and I can change the dimensions to fit what size is needed. I just filed three provisional patents on this, so i figure it is now safe to to let others see it. (My YouTube video is an updated model and near finished and is not included in the files). I rendered it using Yang Ji Rampage V Extreme motherboard and his Titan video card.
