Hey, you! You wanna shoot Elite-sized darts from a Magnus? And in rapid succession? 'cuz I got the parts to do that for ya!
Not a very fancy mod, and one which you could probably do with more off-the-shelf parts. But that also felt like a bit of a hassle that wouldn't look so good, so I went and made some parts for it.
About the only hardware you'll need is some vinyl tape for the barrel seal and to friction-fit the front retainer to the muzzle. And did I mention it's completely reversible, so you can still shoot Megas at those dang shielded players?
