Insert for Brass Lancashire

Complete insert specifically for Brass: Lancashire.

I substituted the tokens for the trains and barges with [sabsi's](https://www.thingiverse.com/sabsi/designs) [great design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3399559/files). I scaled them down to 80% and printed 14 of each for each color to fit the player boxes.

And i took inspiration from [c_sharper's](https://www.thingiverse.com/c_sharper/designs) player boxes, but redesigned them to fit the exact industry tiles for Lancashire and to fit the printed barges and trains. I also wanted space to fit the train/barge tokens that come with the game since I didn't want to get rid of them.

All other boxes are of my own design.
