Inserts for Audi B4 S4 Differential Mount (Diff Bushing)

As cars age rubber bushings wear, and some much older cars are taking more effort to track down OEM or even OE parts.

After upgrading turbos and turning up the boost I noticed how much play my diff had. I only spent a little time online looking for an upgrade after seeing prices from $240-$330 before deciding to just make these and give them a go!

These will increase the firmness of the bushing by filling the empty spaces with strong TPU 95A! I will also be using a Polyurethane windshield adhesive to lock everything into place, and provide slightly more reinforcement.

I created this in Blender 5.0 and will provide the .Blend file, feel free to use this to modify for your needs.

(There may be a small amount of thin rubber webbing in the holes of the bushing, I used a utility knife and easily removed those)
