Just a Simple Keychain with small photo frame inside it. whole body size is around 40mmx14mmx40mm and you will need photo size of 28mmx28mm. If you have tolerance issue then resize the "Insta_Lid.stl" to 99.5% to make it smoother, but it's better to keep it tight as it will become loose overtime.
