Install Klipper

I wanted to try Klipper and after much research found it is not very easy for a non expert to get going. I viewed a great video by Nero 3dp on the process.

He is an expert and knows all of the steps and glosses over some that I needed more detail to perform correctly.
I made this guide to accompany his video that includes steps that I think a beginner needs.
The latest version v1.13.0 also has some changes in the process.

The STL file is for a screen relocation mod to move the display on an Ender 5

I'm sure I have made some mistakes, so let me know if you find them.
This is based on a BTT SKR mini e3-v2.0 and an Ender 5, but should get you started on any main board supported by Klipper.
