I designed this box to conveniently keep ice on the table for making cocktails — all without constantly opening and closing the freezer. According to calculations made using artificial intelligence (AI), the 2 cm wall thickness can preserve 1 kg of ice for up to 5 hours before it completely melts. Considering it's not a solid block of ice (as in the theoretical model), but rather individual cubes with air gaps between them, the actual preservation time is likely to be shorter. In any case, if you're a good drinker, melting won’t be an issue.
