Intercom Cover Plate

This is a decorative cover plate to cover holes in the drywall where intercom system modules used to be installed, the hole pattern is 4" x 1-3/8". The recessed area on the backside is to span the rough edge of the drywall and allow the rim to make closer contact with the wall.
