This design is used to unlock a interior house door that does NOT require a special key but typically uses a coin to be unlocked. This key is small enough to be placed on the top of a door frame and work wonderfully instead of a coin.

Update:

I have added a file that has a keychain hole if you would like to attach this to a key ring
