Use this link to join chain, rope, or just make a long chain as a Halloween prop! To attach, slide the two halves into each other from the side, then feed a piece of filament through the hole locking them together. Printed with PLA with 8 layer walls, 100% infill, and supports. Some (silk) filaments do much better bonding to the plate with a raft due to the rounded edge. I tried flat edges, but found this made joining two of the links inflexible. As can be seen in the pictures the large model (the plastic link, not the man) will support a 230lb man pulled all the way off the ground repeatedly. The regular size links will not support the manUse at your own risk, I assume no responsibility for any injury you may sustain during use. Please use responsibly.
