INTERLOCKING Electronics Case

Interlocking case for PSU. DPS series by Ruideng. I used DPS 5020 with bl tooth and Usb and DPS 3005 with torodial transformer. For power supply a 48 volt 15 amp unit. The cases can be interlocked to get 1 unit. The housing case (5mm) can be adjusted with Z axis expansion to the needed size.

For the DPS units with bl.tooth and USB i used a micro switch. Just switch the power (5 volt) red wire of the unit. Smal schematic added.

Use m3 treated wire and nuts to mount the case together. The treated wire makes the case extra strong and holds everything together.
