Intex Excursion Pro Skeg

This is a replacement Skeg for Intex Excursion pro Kayaks. It´s about 10cm in height and fitts to the original mount with a new locking mechanism clip.
For printing i recommend to flip Skeg itself flat, then it´s more stable as others which are printed with Z-Layers. You should also use a little bit of Support.
Maybe you have to grind the Skeg a little bit and drill the holes after printing.
So it´s recommended to print it with ABS, which is more water resistend and can be grinded.
To Assemble you need three M3x16 bolts where you have to glue inserts in the skeg or you cut threads into it, both should hold it in Place strong.

In Future i plant to do a Version with a water thruster, that you can mount into the Skeg.
