Intruder door lock

We designed a slip cover to prevent the metal door "closer" mechanism from opening. The shell was designed to be 1/2" thick so that printing at 100% would give a good strength. However, I wouldn't trust my life to a printed part. We recommend cutting the pattern out with sheet steel and welding it together.
