Note: It seems that the current production CEM60 is using a knob similar to the CEM70. The older knob is fluted where the new knob is smaller and smooth. This knob is a tight friction fit over the old knob. It will not work with the new knob.
I've always found the tiny aluminum knob on the CEM60 to be cumbersome and sometimes painful to manipulate. Even with using the RA lock pin as an extension This press-fit knob extension addresses that issue for me by extending the face of the knob past the frame of the mount head and providing a larger bearing surface. I hope you find this as useful as I do.
