This adapter is used for combining the lightweight iOptron SkyGuider Pro mount with the QHY PoleMaster for extraordinary polar alignment.
The screw holes are 4mm and thus exactly the measure for the Ruthex M3 screw inserts

I don't see a need for any kind of locking screw or similar - just put the adapter with the PoleMaster mounted on the RA-axis and it will stay in place during rotation - if you're hesitant
just use a small piece of duct-tape to keep it in place.
