Ipad Mini Yoke Mount Clamp

***V2 - I received a message that the bolt on the original version was rubbing against the yoke. On V2 I extended the bolt mount so the bolt would sit further away. If the bolt makes contact with your control yoke or if you are unsure of the dimensions of your yoke it is probably best to use V2.***

This clamp is designed specifically for helno's wonderful Ipad Mini yoke mount. The rendered parts explosion shows how all of the parts are to be assembled. I used #8 x 32 screws for the hinge instead of the recommended M5's as they are easier for me to get. The threaded rod is 1/4 - 20 as is the dowel barrel nut used as a hinge. I soldered the two together, but I supposed Loctite would also work.

The tightening knob uses a compression spring (5/16" x 1-1/2" x .020") with a 1/4 - 20 nut. The cap can then be glued down using CA. The spring can be ommitted if desired, but it does keep good tension on the clamp.

I printed the mount at .30mm with 6 layers and it came out grea
