iPad Stand for iPad with Thick Case

I remixed this from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1206007 to allow it to fit an old 30-pin connector through it, and also allow it to hold an iPad+case with overall thickness of about 19.25mm. I made it longer and a little taller as well.
