This is hard travel case for iPhone 16 Pro Max.
For iPhone in UAG case 169x15,5 (UAG case size).
I use PETG filament, 10x3mm screw and 3mm insert.
I like to print it with fuzzy skin in Orca slicer.
Print options: 100% infill, 0.2mm layer hight, 3 walls, 4 top and bottom layers, first bottom layer with Hilbert Curve pattern, Fuzzy skin for contour (external wall), auto tree support, brim.
If you will use Fuzzy skin, for sure you'll need to tune some surfaces after print.
