iPhone 6 Case (2-Part)

This is a 2-part phone case I have designed in Solidworks 2018. (I have included those files as well if you want to play with them or remix the design directly) The OuterShell is meant to be printed in come kind of TPU filament. I have done previous designs (see my thingiverse page) which use this type of design. I recommend a flexible filament with a shore hardness of around 90A, which is about what NinjaTek Semiflex was before it was deprecated. I will be attempting to use NinjaTek Cheetah, but I will resort to the Semi-Flex if that does not go well.

The InnerShell can be printed with either PLA or ABS or some other hard plastic filament. You might be able to get away without supports on the middle section if your printer is tuned correctly, I have printed a similar piece in the past (again, see my other Things for details) with some success. Plus any bad printing or support scarring will be hidden by the TPU OuterShell, so it may not even matter what path you choos
