After 20+ design tweaks and prints, I'm finally satisfied with the results! The design is very clean and prints beautifully with proper setting. The buttons are build into the design to reduce bridging and make them easy to find on the case. The fit is nice and snug due to some complex tapering in certain areas of the design to induce stretch without distortion. Feel free to print one out and let me know how it goes. Instructions
This case is only for NinjaFlex filament or similar. Print with .2mm layers and be sure to adjust your retraction for string free printing. If you see delamination, you can increase the temp. Oddly, I like printing NinjaFlex at 238-240C but if the settings aren't good with retraction, it gets very stringy. Print with 45% infill to stiffen up the side walls.
