Printed 0.2mm layer height, 35% infill, 2 shells, 0.8mm floor & roof, support for the holes (Meshmixer), printed using Proto Pasta HTPLA, white.
Insert 3 x TriStar Inserts (H2520 x 364P), little bit of soldering iron, little bit of push. (May be hard to find these inserts, sorry).
Slides snugly onto iPhone Six with generic-ish case. Best to slide from bottom up to avoid buttons.
