I printed a dock using http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:485564 then made an insert so I could use this dock with an IPhone 6 with a thin case on it.
UPDATE (9.1.15): I updated the part because the phone didn't fit properly on the charging port. Made it about 1mm thinner.
