IPod Nano Speaker

I designed a simple speaker for my IPod Nano 2.Gen. I used an old 40mm driver from old over ear headphones. Then I took the 3.5mm jack and cut the cable and soldered the cable to the speaker. After that I glued the 3.5mm jack and speaker into the shell . I used some M3 screws to hold the backplate in place.

Don't expect this speaker to be super loud, it is just loud enough to play musik on your desk in the backroud. This is just a fun project
