This is a small IQ - Game. The idea is to get all the rings from the first pin to the last pin, but you can only move one at a time, and you cant place a ring on top of a smaller ring. It could also be a fun toy for toddlers to play with, but do scale the set up, to avoid toddlers from being able to swallow any of the parts.
