Ironing test scale

I used the ironing test by Tweiss9711, and made a quick printable scale to make it easy to reference the values on the build plate.
The values aren't 100% aligned with the ironing test pieces but it's close enough so I didn't bother tweaking it. I've included the step file so adjustments can be made as desired.
