Ironmaster Super Bench Wall Mount

This is a wall mount for the venerable Ironmaster Super Bench adjustable utility bench. It should fit benches with and without the optional wheel attachment.

A stress analysis was done assuming ABS as the material and there is plenty in the strength of the part for weaker materials and heavier benches.

The mounts need to be placed approximately 7" apart, as measured from the inside edges. This means that you will not be on studs, so I recommend first mounting a solid wood board across two studs, then mounting these hangers to that.

The lag bolt mounting holes are designed to tightly fit 1/4" lag screws, a matching washer, and a 7/16" socket. The bolt heads will be flush with the mount so that the bench will not be scratched when inserting or removing. The back of the mount is spaced off the wall just enough so the rubber bench feet don't hit the wall.
