This is a GoPro mounting base that slides onto the non-working end (the end with the cross pin) of an Irwin Quick Grip hand clamp. Two flavors, 0 degree and 90 degree for camera orientation. Thanks to AllCity-Maker for the GoPro tangs. Kind regards!
