iTouchless garbage bin bag retaining ring

My son threw the ring out with the trash, so the bag had been just draped over the edge for a while now. They want $25 for a new one. This fits the 6.5" X 10" opening trash can. I drew it using centimeters because I found one similar but not the right size on here. The first one we printed was the size of my thumb, so verify the output size before printing.
