ItsyBitsy Wind Rain Adapter

This is an adapter and expansion to my Weather Station https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854433. This adapter adds a a tipping Bucket (Rain Guage), Wind Speed and Wind Direction by piggy-backing on one of the I2C buss lines.
The Tipping bucket, Wind Speed and Wind Direction can be purchased either from

The units use an RJ9/11 type plug.

The Arduino proc I used is an AdaFruit ItsyBitsy M0 3v.
I have include the Arduino Code for the Slave Sender I2C I used on the ItsyBitsy. I added the Master receiver code to the above mentioned Weather Station project.
