This part is for a Mack 2.5 Ton floor jack Model 9301. I bought this cheap jack at least 15 years ago. A part broke that connected the piston to the assemply that the jack handle slipped into. I could never find a replacement part and tried to fix with safety wire and other hacks but it would never last long.

This 3D part is half of two parts you will need so print it twice. The piston has an inset that this part slips into. The tiny holes are to allow safety wire to slide into and around the piston to hold it in place. The hole in the top is to slip in a zip tie. The zip tie goes around the top horizontal pin. This holds everything together and gives the top pin the freedom it needs to move around as the handle travels up and down.

No long term testing yet. I'll try to report back if I have any issues.

Printed at 10% infill, no supports needed.

I printed on Ender 3.
