Jack Stand - 1/3 Scale Working Model

This model is a 1/3 scale model of a 3 ton Jack Stand that I use regularly in my garage. It is fully operational, in that the jack section is adjustable and locks in position like the real item.

The design of this includes 4 sections. The Base, Jack, Stay and Lever. You can use whatever slicer settings you see fit, but I recommend the following:
Base: supports everywhere
Jack: supports from the bed only
Stay: no supports are needed
Lever: supports on the bed only and I used a brim

Before printing, you may need to adjust how the part is laying on the bed. The Base should lay in the stand-up position. The Stay so the large hole is vertical. The Lever so that the right and left sides of the “U” shape are vertical. The Jack should lay flat on its widest side.

Assembly
Assemble the Stay and the Lever to the Base. The steeper curve of the Stay is on the inside.
