My car (Fiat 500) has welded seams for lift points. This is an adapter for my jack stands so the seam doesn't bend. These are 3 ton jack stands that I believe came from Harbor Freight but I don't see the same models any more.
Print settings:
* PCTPE by taulman3d
* 0.4mm layer height
* 1.2mm extrusion width (extruder is e3d Volcano with 1.2mm nozzle)
* 1 paremeter
* 60% rectilinear infill
* No solid top or bottom layers
As you can see in the first pic the PCTPE deformed some to fit the contour of the car. After rotating my tires there was only a slight indentation left in the stand. It is barely visible in the third pic. Car felt solidly mounted even when beating a tire off.
If anyone prints these I would recommend lowering the height of the pads if your car allows it. In my case I didn't have a lot of room due to how wide the jack stands were.
