I used 6mm aluminum pipes. IN CURA I THEN SCALED TO 35.0 in CURA ON ALL PARTS. You may need to modify the top part thats adjustable for whatever spark gap distance you choose to make. I manually bent the aluminum pipes.

So you can see how i did the base with a 12V fan. Here i also scaled the base at 35.0 in CURA slicer
