Jaguarboard case

This is an enclosure for a Jaguarboard single board computer, this is currently the fifth revision of the case and although i am happy with it, needs a couple of minor modifications before I would count it as complete.

This is designed to use a 17mm fan (Specifically an Evercool EC1708M) which is soldered directly to the power pads at the front of the board.

Recent Changes:
* Relocated fan as I realised it was poorly positioned and interfered with some components on the board.

Old changes:
* Reverted to an old version of the lid, which works even better with the newer case design, lid is a friction fit, though you can use screws through the case & pcb corners.
* Changed case thickness slightly to fix wall deletion issues due to quirks I only just found out about with gcode.
* feet added

Things I know I need to do:

* Design mounts for power buttons & the buttons themselves.
