These are fairly easy Headphones to print and build, desinged around the Tymphany HPD50N25 drivers with mostly off the shelf parts.
I printed with an Elegoo Neptune 2s and due to its PEI Sheet I rarely need any adhesion help so keep that in mind
Printing intructions:
GENERAL: This is just one side. Print all parts in a mirrored version. The Rods and Blocks are symetrical so it doesnt matter for them
Rod: Raft and no Support. Depending on printer 96-100% scale
Grid: worked fine for me without anything
Clamp: Just support it normally, may be fine without
Baffle: use support. 70% overhang was enough for me
Block: nothing needed
Arc: Print with Raft for nicer look. Support touching buildplate is helpful
Grill: Print at 99% Scale. Nothing else needed
OuterHousing: Print with 70% Support everywhere.
Depending on your printer you may want to change some settings for better clearance but this worked well for me. Also the adhesion on your printer is something you know better
