I have slightly modified my 4-year-old design to add a round thick edge to it.

Since it is now thicker, warping can be an issue. I used a textured PEI bed and the model did not warp but the PEI bed warped at the last few layers. So I reduced the thickness of the model to make it easier to print.

The video shows how soft and fragile a cheap old PLA+ can be and the making of the new model.
